How to Connect

Step 1: Access Calendly Integration

1. Go to Integrations
2. Find “Calendly”
3. Click “Connect”

Step 2: Authorize Calendly

1. Sign in to your Calendly account
2. Click “Authorize” to grant access
3. Permissions requested:

• View event types
• Create bookings
• Access availability

Step 3: Select Event Type

1. Choose which Calendly event type to use:

• 15-minute call
• 30-minute demo
• 60-minute consultation
• Custom event types

1. Click “Select”

Step 4: Activate in Funnels

1. Open your Chat or Call Funnel
2. Go to “Calendar Settings”
3. Choose “Calendly” as provider
4. Select your event type
5. Save settings

How It Works

When a visitor wants to book:

1. AI checks if you use Calendly
2. Shares your Calendly booking link
3. Visitor books directly through Calendly
4. Appointment syncs to Funneler
5. You receive notifications in both systems

Managing Calendly Connection

Update event type:

1. Go to Integrations
2. Click “Configure” under Calendly
3. Select different event type
4. Save changes

Disconnect:

1. Click “Disconnect”
2. Calendly links stop working in funnels
3. Re-connect anytime
