Google Calendar – What It Does
Enable AI agents to check availability and book appointments:
- Real-time availability checking
- Automatic calendar event creation
- Send calendar invites to visitors
- Sync appointments both ways

How to Connect
Step 1: Navigate to Calendar Integration
- Go to Integrations page
- Find “Google Calendar”
- Click “Connect”
Step 2: Google Authorization
- Sign in to your Google account
- Grant Funneler permission to:
- View your calendars
- Create events
- Modify events
- Delete events
- Click “Allow”
Step 3: Select Default Calendar
- Choose which calendar to use for bookings
- Select from your available calendars:
- Primary calendar
- Work calendar
- Custom calendars
- Click “Save”
Step 4: Configure Settings
Set your preferences:
- Buffer Time: Minutes before/after meetings
- Working Hours: When you’re available
- Meeting Duration: Default length (15, 30, 60 min)
- Timezone: Your local timezone
Step 5: Enable in Funnels
After connecting:
- Go to your Chat or Call Funnel
- Navigate to “Calendar Settings”
- Toggle “Enable Calendar Booking”
- Select Google Calendar as provider
- Save changes
Using Calendar Features
AI will automatically:
- Check your availability when asked
- Propose available time slots
- Book appointments with visitor details
- Send calendar invites to both parties
- Update events if rescheduled
Manual booking:
- View appointments in “All Leads”
- Click on appointment to modify
- Reschedule or cancel as needed
