What It Does

Connect Funneler to 5,000+ apps:

• Send leads to any CRM
• Trigger email campaigns
• Update spreadsheets

How to Connect

Step 1: Access Zapier

1. Go to Integrations in Funneler
2. Find “Zapier”
3. Click “Connect”

Step 2: Create Funneler Account in Zapier

1. Redirected to Zapier
2. Sign in or create Zapier account (free plan available)
3. Click “Allow” to authorize Funneler

Step 3: Create Your First Zap

1. In Zapier, click “Create Zap”
2. Trigger App: Search for “Funneler”
3. Trigger Event: Choose trigger:

• New Lead Created
• Appointment Booked
• Conversation Ended
• Lead Status Changed

1. Click “Continue”

Step 4: Connect Funneler Account

1. Click “Sign in to Funneler”
2. Enter your API Key (from Funneler Integrations page)
3. Click “Test Connection”
4. Zapier confirms connection ✅

Step 5: Set Up Action

1. Action App: Choose where to send data:

• HubSpot
• Salesforce
• Google Sheets
• Slack
• Mailchimp
• Or 5,000+ other apps

1. Action Event: What to do:

• Create contact
• Send message
• Add row
• Create task

1. Map Fields: Connect Funneler data to app fields:

• Lead name → Contact name
• Lead email → Email address
• Lead phone → Phone number
• Conversation summary → Notes

1. Click “Continue”

Step 6: Test & Activate

1. Click “Test Action”
2. Verify data appears correctly
3. Click “Turn on Zap”
4. Zap is now active! 🎉

Example Zaps

1. Send leads to Google Sheets

• Trigger: New Lead in Funneler
• Action: Add row to Google Sheets
• Use: Simple lead tracking

2. Create HubSpot contacts

• Trigger: New Lead in Funneler
• Action: Create/Update contact in HubSpot
• Use: CRM integration

3. Notify team in Slack

• Trigger: Appointment Booked in Funneler
• Action: Send channel message in Slack
• Use: Real-time team alerts

4. Start email drip campaign

• Trigger: Lead Status Changed to “Qualified”
• Action: Add subscriber to Mailchimp list
• Use: Marketing automation

5. Create Asana task

• Trigger: New Lead in Funneler
• Action: Create task in Asana
• Use: Follow-up workflows

Getting Your API Key

To connect Zapier or custom integrations:

1. Go to Integrations in Funneler
2. Scroll to “API Access” section
3. Click “Generate API Key”
4. Copy your key (shown once!)
5. Store securely – it won’t be shown again

API Key Security:

• Keep it secret (like a password)
• Don’t share in public
• Regenerate if compromised
• Each key is unique to your account

Managing Zaps

View active Zaps:

1. Log in to Zapier
2. Go to “My Zaps”
3. See all Funneler integrations

Pause a Zap:

1. Click on Zap
2. Toggle off
3. No data will flow until re-enabled

Edit a Zap:

1. Click on Zap
2. Click “Edit”
3. Modify trigger or action
4. Save changes

Delete a Zap:

1. Click on Zap
2. Settings > Delete
3. Confirm deletion

Troubleshooting

Common Integration Issues

Problem: “Connection Failed”

Solutions:

1. ✅ Check your internet connection
2. ✅ Verify credentials are correct
3. ✅ Re-authorize the connection
4. ✅ Clear browser cache
5. ✅ Try different browser
6. ✅ Check service status (e.g., Google, Calendly)

Problem: “Permission Denied”

Solutions:

1. ✅ Grant all requested permissions
2. ✅ Check you’re using correct Google/Calendly account
3. ✅ Account admin may need to approve
4. ✅ Re-authorize with full permissions

Problem: “API Key Invalid” (ElevenLabs, Twilio, Zapier)

Solutions:

1. ✅ Copy key carefully (no extra spaces)
2. ✅ Key may have expired – generate new one
3. ✅ Check you copied the correct key
4. ✅ Verify account is active

Problem: Calendar bookings not working

Solutions:

1. ✅ Verify calendar is connected in Integrations
2. ✅ Check calendar is enabled in funnel settings
3. ✅ Ensure working hours are set
4. ✅ Test availability in calendar service
5. ✅ Re-authorize calendar connection

Problem: Voice not working (ElevenLabs)

Solutions:

1. ✅ Check ElevenLabs account has credits
2. ✅ Verify API key is active
3. ✅ Try different voice
4. ✅ Check character limit not exceeded
5. ✅ Fall back to standard voice temporarily

Problem: Zapier not triggering

Solutions:

1. ✅ Ensure Zap is turned ON
2. ✅ Check trigger conditions match
3. ✅ Verify API key is valid
4. ✅ Test manually in Zapier
5. ✅ Check Zap history for errors
6. ✅ May take 1-15 minutes to trigger
