Understanding Funneler Plans

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Click your profile picture (top right)
  2. Select “Plans & Billing”
  3. View your current plan details:
  • Plan name and features
  • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Current usage vs quotas

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher plan:

  1. Go to Plans & Billing
  2. Click “Change Plan” or “Upgrade”
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Choose billing cycle:
  • Monthly: Pay monthly, cancel anytime
  • Annual: Save 20%, pay yearly
  1. Click “Upgrade Now”
  2. Complete payment via Stripe
  3. Your plan updates immediately after payment

What happens to my data?

  • All your funnels, leads, and settings remain intact
  • New features unlock immediately
  • Quotas increase right away
  • No interruption to your service

Prorated Billing:

  • If upgrading mid-cycle, you’re charged the difference
  • Credit is applied for remaining days on old plan
  • New billing cycle starts on upgrade date

Downgrading Your Plan

To switch to a lower plan:

  1. Go to Plans & Billing
  2. Click “Change Plan”
  3. Select a lower-tier plan
  4. Review what features you’ll lose
  5. Click “Downgrade”
  6. Confirm your choice

Important notes:

  • Downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period
  • You keep current features until then
  • If you exceed new plan’s limits, you’ll need to adjust:
  • Delete extra funnels
  • Reduce active agents
  • Clear usage before downgrade date

Can’t downgrade?
You may need to:

  • Archive or delete extra funnels
  • Reduce team members
  • Wait for quota reset

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Plans & Billing
  2. Click “Cancel Subscription”
  3. Select a reason (helps us improve)
  4. Optional: Accept retention offer (special discount)
  5. Confirm cancellation

What happens after cancellation:

  • Service continues until end of billing period
  • No further charges
  • Account converts to Free plan
  • Data retained for 90 days
  • Can reactivate anytime

Retention Offers:
We may offer a discount to stay:

  • One-time offer only
  • Significant savings for loyal customers
  • Can accept or decline

Pausing Your Subscription

Need a break? Pause instead of canceling:

  1. Go to Plans & Billing
  2. Click “Pause Subscription”
  3. Select pause duration (1-3 months)
  4. Confirm pause

During pause:

  • No charges
  • Funnels remain but are inactive
  • Data preserved
  • Can resume anytime

To resume:

  1. Go to Plans & Billing
  2. Click “Resume Subscription”
  3. Billing restarts immediately

Managing Payment Methods

Update credit card:

  1. Go to Plans & Billing
  2. Click “Payment Method”
  3. Click “Update Card”
  4. Enter new card details
  5. Click “Save”

Payment methods accepted:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (via Stripe)

Security:

  • All payments processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • We don’t store your card details
  • Industry-standard encryption
