Viewing Your Current Plan
- Click your profile picture (top right)
- Select “Plans & Billing”
- View your current plan details:
- Plan name and features
- Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
- Next billing date
- Current usage vs quotas
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade to a higher plan:
- Go to Plans & Billing
- Click “Change Plan” or “Upgrade”
- Select your new plan
- Choose billing cycle:
- Monthly: Pay monthly, cancel anytime
- Annual: Save 20%, pay yearly
- Click “Upgrade Now”
- Complete payment via Stripe
- Your plan updates immediately after payment
What happens to my data?
- All your funnels, leads, and settings remain intact
- New features unlock immediately
- Quotas increase right away
- No interruption to your service
Prorated Billing:
- If upgrading mid-cycle, you’re charged the difference
- Credit is applied for remaining days on old plan
- New billing cycle starts on upgrade date
Downgrading Your Plan
To switch to a lower plan:
- Go to Plans & Billing
- Click “Change Plan”
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Review what features you’ll lose
- Click “Downgrade”
- Confirm your choice
Important notes:
- Downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period
- You keep current features until then
- If you exceed new plan’s limits, you’ll need to adjust:
- Delete extra funnels
- Reduce active agents
- Clear usage before downgrade date
Can’t downgrade?
You may need to:
- Archive or delete extra funnels
- Reduce team members
- Wait for quota reset
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel:
- Go to Plans & Billing
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Select a reason (helps us improve)
- Optional: Accept retention offer (special discount)
- Confirm cancellation
What happens after cancellation:
- Service continues until end of billing period
- No further charges
- Account converts to Free plan
- Data retained for 90 days
- Can reactivate anytime
Retention Offers:
We may offer a discount to stay:
- One-time offer only
- Significant savings for loyal customers
- Can accept or decline
Pausing Your Subscription
Need a break? Pause instead of canceling:
- Go to Plans & Billing
- Click “Pause Subscription”
- Select pause duration (1-3 months)
- Confirm pause
During pause:
- No charges
- Funnels remain but are inactive
- Data preserved
- Can resume anytime
To resume:
- Go to Plans & Billing
- Click “Resume Subscription”
- Billing restarts immediately
Managing Payment Methods
Update credit card:
- Go to Plans & Billing
- Click “Payment Method”
- Click “Update Card”
- Enter new card details
- Click “Save”
Payment methods accepted:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (via Stripe)
Security:
- All payments processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
- We don’t store your card details
- Industry-standard encryption
